Attorney Ronald J. Pugliese
Jay Pugliese is an attorney and twenty-year veteran police officer. Jay retired in 2020 at the rank of Sergeant but spent most of his career handling criminal investigations. During his tenure as a police officer, Jay worked major crimes, a cold-case homicide, financial crimes, and arson cases. He was also the department's computer forensics examiner, cell phone forensics examiner, and video forensics examiner. Jay now works as an attorney specializing in labor and employment law with much of his practice dedicated to representing police officers and police unions. Additionally, Jay is a certified Force Science Analyst, making him well-suited to assist law enforcement officers who have been involved in a shooting or serious use of force incident.
